CREDIT CARDS
Sorry, but I don't take them. But if you prefer to use your credit card rather than paying by personal check or money order, consider using PayPal. All you need is my name and e-mail address to get payment to me through them. They accept credit cards for paying for online purchases. But you must add 5% to the total of your order, since that is what they charge me for their assistance. This is a very reliable service, with more than half of my customers using it for their purchases.

Please realize that this is a mail order business. Ordering by mail or Email is preferred. However, if your inquiry is complex, go ahead and call me at 925-798-9936. But if you just want to shoot the breeze, please remember that there are 50,000 of you worldwide and there's only one of me!

APPRAISALS OF PRODUCTS: All of the evaluative and descriptive text accompanying each product is my honest appraisal of the item(s). For any reason, all items purchased can be returned within 10 days for an exchange or a refund if you are not satisfied AND the item has NOT been altered or damaged.

OTHER INFORMATION ABOUT ORDERING
Appropriate taxes have already been included in the item prices, so don't add any tax to your orders. Items are shipped via the U.S. Mail unless otherwise requested (but I don't like shipping UPS...they have damaged too many of my shipments)! All orders are shipped promptly, but please allow 15 days for delivery in the U.S. If you desire to arrange for another shipping method, email me.

Domestic shipping costs using the U.S. Mail, are included in the list price of all items, unless you want Priority (air) mail. If so, add 10% to the total of your order. U.S. Postal regulations require shipments outside the U.S. to be by airmail only. For example, all the back issues of Steel Guitarist magazine sell for $20.00. It would cost the purchaser $22.00 to ship them airmail to the Far East!

The U.S. Postal Service does not permit Canadian or other Foreign C.O.D. orders. Domestic C.O.D. orders require an additional $7 charge because of the fees imposed by the Post Office.
