henry is a cross between clarence darrow and john belushi (well, belushi when he was alive!). his idea of practicing law is to work just long enough to get enough money to take as much time off as possible to play music and do anything BUT law. i first met henry when he was managing new era unfinished furniture, and before he went on to manage wilbur hot springs. my favorite henry story is about when my band smike! played in berkeley in someone's living room, and the hostess flipped out when she saw us bringing in all the equipment. she kept asking, "it's not going to be too loud, is it?" henry replied, "yes." she then said, "well, i can't have it if it's going to be too loud", and henry said, "fine", and walked out the door with his drums. she ran after him and begged him to come back and we played great and the party was a huge success... and i will always remember henry completely handling the situation with only two words! when i asked henry if he had an email address i could add to this page, he said that he didn't want anybody to know how to contact him, so i put up his unlisted phone number. he finally checked out the pages and got real depressed when he realized that not one of the 20 or so million internet geeks has bothered to call him (aww.....). well, henry has taken that giant step into the 90's, and now has an email address (that you also ignore!)
