even if you never actually hold a copy of not like other men in your hands, it cost me $300 to get this damn bar code, and you're going to see it whether you want to or not!
 anyway, over the years i've put together a pretty nice little 1/2" 8-track studio (tape), and use mastertracks pro or performer to do SOME sequencing (drums, sampler, etc.) to augment the sound(s) of strings in motion. i have some nice old martins, a '59 jazzmaster, an ol' p-bass, and a dbx 160 compressor... not overwhelming, but more than adequate! you may have already picked up on the fact that i'm into pedal steel guitar... i traded a friend an 8-meg simm for his mac for my first steel (a real 'steel'... get it?), and some studio time for a second steel... both have been lovingly restored by tom bradshaw (check out his pedal steel guitar products catalog). i appreciate you checking out these pages, and hope that you'll let me know if you're interested in getting your very own copy of not like other men. comments are welcome, and can be sent to smike. thanks!
