We ship everything from Nashville, TN via the US Postal Service. Our free shipping is via media mail, which takes 2-9 business days to arrive, depending on where you live. Single orders of Harmony Singing by Ear, More Harmony Singing by Ear, Singing with Style or You Can Close Your Eyes Lullabies are shipped free via USPS first class mail. If you buy one of these CDs or CD sets in combination with one of our books we ship the entire order media mail. You can also choose priority mail shipping during checkout which takes 2-3 days. We typically ship the business day after your order arrives. Frequently if we get your order before 11 AM CST we ship the same day, but we can't guarantee that. If you need something overnighted please call or email us.

International orders are shipped via USPS international airmail which typically takes 6-10 business days, depending on the country. Please contact us if your shipment hasn't arrived three weeks after you have placed an international order.

We use PayPal shopping carts but you do not need to have a PayPal account to securely order with a credit card: after you have proceeded to the checkout just choose the "If you do not currently have a PayPal account click here" option, then follow the instructions.
